ECO/Rights Respecting Week
It was a busy first week back for everyone here at Inverallochy. We were busy with ECO activities throughout the school and we also had our UNICEF Day of Change at the end of the week. We learned all about our local environment and we all played apart in keeping it tidy through our village clean up. A huge well done to our ECOallochy group and our Rockin’Rights Respectors for planning and organising our week.

Easter Church Service and Disco
We all enjoyed our Easter visit to the Church. Great support from our parents and carers as always. The children were a credit to you all with their excellent behaviour and their beautiful singing. The flute band continues to grow and it is great to see our ‘newbies’ getting a shot to perform. Our choir and Room 1 both did a fantastic job of their respective songs – Weel done a’bdy!
We all got oor duncin shoes on in the evening for the Disco. Great to see so many of the children attend – from our youngest 3 year olds to our Primary 7s. Everyone had a great time!
When Jamin’ Andy came to visit!
We had a visit from Jamin’ Andy on Tuesday 28th March. We had lots of fun with him learning about growth mindsets, and being leaders! We loved all the dancing and we are looking forward to using our new skills when presenting our learning in various different ways.
Thank you Jamin’Andy – we all had a great day!

Red Nose day 2017!
Well done to everyone for raising just over £500.00 for the charity. Some photos available to view on the link.
Inverallochy Community Engagement Event
Our School was asked to take part in the recent Community Engagement Event held in the village hall. The children all thought about different aspects of their community and created various displays for the evening. I think you’ll agree that they have been very creative. I know their efforts were very much appreciated by the organisers and also the members of the community who attended the event.
